My Saturday began with a great talk by Chris Barlow on ‘the celebration of love’, very apt for next weekend! It was lovely to see so many faces as well and sharing some jokes and smiles. Looking forward to Chris’s next talk in March (watch this space).

Wednesday 10th: 2pm Flemish Masters
This session will look at two or three Flemish works from the Masterpieces exhibition in more depth, examining why these paintings hold such allure and why the artists were considered to be at the very top of their trade
Friday 12th: 11am Free Tai Chi with Helena

Tuesday 16th: 2pm Free talk from Stuart
Stuart will talk about the different options for energy generation, starting with the current situation for renewables, fossil fuels and nuclear fission. We will then look at future energy requirements and how they can be met including a new option that may become available: nuclear fusion – radically different to current nuclear fission power stations. We will close with a Q&A session.
Digital Inclusions Sessions
Our digital inclusions sessions are continuing ever Thursday morning, please do contact me, if you require 1-1 support by telephone, zoom or facetime. Dragon Hall can also provide you on loan (or someone you know) with a tablet and dongle. I also have a free Nokia phone which has a month’s worth of GB to be used to access the internet, please get in contact if you would like it.
