Monday 8th February 2021
Good morning all,
We hope you’ve had a good weekend and are enjoying the snowy scenes in London at the moment! We’d love to see what it looks like where you are, so please do share some photos with us and we may include these in our next newsletter. The photo above was taken this morning at The Phoenix Garden (just behind Shaftesbury Avenue) doesn’t it look beautiful?!
WHAT CAN I SHARE WITH YOU TODAY?
We do physical fitness for our bodies, so why don’t we learn mental fitness for our minds?
Join us to learn about Shirzad Chamine’s research into mental fitness and the power of actively working out and strengthening our “Sage” (positive mental muscles) while weakening our “Saboteurs” (negative inner voices).
Shirzad Chamine’s work combines neuroscience, psychology and performance science to provide evidence based tools and exercises to help you build Positive Intelligence – the ability to handle life’s challenges with the minimum of stress or negative emotions.
Weds 10 Feb at 7pm – Online via Zoom
Tickets: Open to all with optional donation
