Tuesday 16th February 2021
Hello everyone!
I’m Leah and I will be helping John with the Newsletter. Some of you may know me as the Manager of The Phoenix Garden; we run gardening workshops and social events in partnership with Dragon Hall. I also help out with John’s activities from time to time and may have met you during a Tai Chi or Flamenco class (apologies if you were unfortunate enough to witness my two left feet first hand!).
I have been trying lots of new recipes this week (I have shared one with you in the email below) and have been really enjoying honing my cooking skills during the lockdown. Are there any new hobbies or skills you have learned recently? I’d love to hear what you have been up to, so please feel free to send me an email and let me know!
WHAT CAN I SHARE WITH YOU TODAY?

Goat’s Cheese and Caramelised Onion Tartlets
This is what I cooked up over the weekend!
It was straightforward to make and very tasty- I would highly recommend giving it a go if you’re a goat’s cheese fan like me.
You can find the recipe by clicking here. However, I didn’t follow it exactly and decided to make this chutney for the topping instead.
