How was the Bank Holiday, wasn’t the weather wonderful?
I was in Borough Market yesterday, walking along the Thames for the first time this year! It was great being out and doing ‘normal’ stuff and to celebrate I had one or two cocktails with my girlfriend.
Today’s update is a short and (bitter) sweet update one, as Amber will be LEAVING.
I am sure that you will all want to her wish her well for the future, but please note that some forthcoming sessions will have to be postponed until a new member of staff is in place. Please be patient with Dragon Hall and myself as we recruit a new member of staff.

Hello everyone,
I’ve just found out that I received a full scholarship for a five-week artist residency in Lempa, Cyprus with the Cyprus College of Art, this summer. The dates for the residency are June 20 – July 22, 2021. As an artist, this is an invaluable opportunity that I couldn’t miss.
As a result, it is with bittersweetness that I find myself resigning from Dragon Hall in a few week’s time. My last day is June 18th. It has been wonderful getting to know each of you and feeling this community’s support for one another.
John is organising a farewell tea at Dragon Hall on Wednesday 16th June between 12 – 2pm, it would be lovely to say goodbye in person.
I hope to bump into you when I return! See you all down the road.
