I hope that you have had a good week so far. Last week I informed you that Leah was leaving us, this week, some good news. Melissa Abrahams will be joining the team, and taking over Amber’s role as Support Worker. Melissa will be officially joining the team from September 1st, but some of you might meet her this week during her induction.

TAI CHI WITH HELENA
Great news! Helena Lee is back with her Tai Chi class! From this Friday (20th) Helena will be teaching her own style of Tai Chi. All levels welcome.

FREE CONCERT – LIVE MUSIC NOW
On Monday 23rd August, flute and piano duo, Rosie Bowker and Aleksandra Myslek will be performing a free concert at Dragon Hall for members. The performance will start at 1pm, with a free refreshment served from 12pm.
I have five spaces left, please email for this very special performance.
WALLACE COLLECTION TOUR
The Wallace Collection is named after Sir Richard Wallace, who built the extensive collection. The collection features fine and decorative arts from the 15th to the 19th centuries and Old Master paintings arranged into 25 galleries.
I have five free spaces for a special tour on Wednesday 15th from 1pm.
ARGENTINIAN TANGO AT DRAGON HALL
On Saturday 11th September you are cordially invited to an Argentinian Tango Taster Class. Anita van de Watering, a trained teacher of dance, will be leading members through their dancing steps. Tango is not just sequences of choreographed movements danced by highly skilled dancers, it is a language of communication that can be enjoyed by anyone.
The cost is just £2.00.
The class will be from 12.00 and last an hour, with social dancing until 14:00. All members and levels welcome, but numbers are limited, so please email me to reserve a space.
