From Seven Dials Housing Co-op: Free Breathing Exercises Session for Stress and Anxiety.

We are delighted to invite you to a FREE Breathing Exercises Session for Managing Stress, Anxiety and Insomnia – hosted by Jacqueline Harvey via Zoom. Join Jacqueline for a session of breathing exercises, tools and techniques to help relieve stress and anxiety, and help with insomnia. The session will also include an open forum to allow for a discussion about these stress management tools.
