Can’t do your normal Sunday routine? Join Amber for Social Sunday! This Sunday, May 17th at 10:30 AM, Amber will host a virtual coffee session for all those craving a good ol’ cup o’ joe (from your very own espresso machines, of course) and a brain challenge!

That’s right, we’ll chat, have some coffee, and have a quarantine quiz. For some extra fun, wear your favourite hat! Amber Khan is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.

Before lockdown I used to do Qigong classes regularly which i enjoyed very much.
Now I do them on line following different lines. I recommended them to my friends. All of them find that Qigong exercises are gentle, easy to learn but beneficial.I decided to send you a short Qigong video as an idea for  keeping fit during lockdown time.
