Lunch Club 2025 News

From January 2025, Lunch Club will be unable to cater for specific dietary needs other than offering a vegetarian alternative to a meat or fish based dish.

We are able to keep the costs low because we have one member of staff running the kitchen who’s role is to produce a single main course that is suitable for all. We are not a restaurant and do not have the resources to produce alternative options.

From January, the newsletter will outline what the main course and dessert will be each week which will then allow you to make an informed decision about whether or not you choose to attend. As always, we will of course try our best to ensure that all meals are relatively GF, however we won’t be able to cater to individual requests.

Lunch Club Booking & Payment

Booking and payment will move online from January 2025. Booking will be via a specific page on the clubs website, further details will follow in the December newsletter

Full of melodies that are now the musical backdrop of modern life, Giuseppe Verdi’s Rigoletto is one of the world’s best-loved operas. Jonathan Miller’s production is the Godfather of the genre. Set in Little Italy in 1950’s New York, with an iconic jukebox scene, it is a terrific night out: a fast-paced gangster saga of jealousy, love and revenge.
