Quiz Time
Monday 20th March
There are six spaces available for our forthcoming general knowledge quiz on Monday 20th March, 2pm – 4pm.
The format will be in teams and there will be some great prizes on offer.
Free refreshments will also be available.
Pre-booking is essential, please email me directly to book a space.
Temple of Ideas
The Temple of Ideas is a group where unstoppable over 55s congregate in order to expand and share their knowledge through conversation, music, poetry and art. Gatherings are relaxed with casual conversation and dotted with the occasional impromptu eruptions.
Members are encouraged to roll up their sleeves and chip in with their own unique contributions.
For example one could:
- Read a poem
- Present artwork
- Lead a topic for discussion.
- Bring an instrument or sing a song
For this first meeting the Temple of Ideas presents a screening for over 55s by artist and music activist Meg Lee Chin with Q&A and discussion afterwards.
