Wednesday 10th February 2021
Hello Everyone,
My name is Bea and I will be helping John with the Wednesday Newsletter. You may have seen me in the Office at Dragon Hall before Covid-19. I usually manage the Room Hire.
We rent our Main Hall, Green Room and Purple Room for rehearsals and meetings to raise funds which goes back into the activities we deliver to you! However, since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic Room Hire at Dragon Hall has remained closed.
I have been spending my time in Lockdown reading more and going for walks with my Dog Goldie!
I look forward to contributing to the Newsletter and seeing how others are spending their time.
All the best,
Bea

‘My Funny Snowman’
John received this great photo of a Covid-19 responsible snowman- with some bubbly to enjoy while in Lockdown.
The photo was sent in by Tricia titled ‘My Funny Snowman’ with a message that I think we can all empathise with:
“I made this snowman to make my friends laugh, because the lockdown seems so very long, we haven’t seen each other for nearly a year, sometimes I do feel very sad, looking at my grandchildren on FaceTime it’s not the same thing like giving them kisses and hugs”.
Thank you Tricia, it definitely put a smile on my face!
That’s it for this Wednesday. I hope you all have a good week and enjoyed this week’s content from Dragon Hall!
Stay Safe,
Bea
