Free Entry to Kew Gardens

There is so much to see and do on a visit to Kew Gardens. New Aromatherapy Class (with Micha)

Tuesdays 18th April – 23rd May (1pm – 3pm)

The aim of this course is to enable participants to create products that are inspired by nature using natural easily available ingredients such as medicinal herbs and flowers and essential oils with the addition of honey, cold pressed nut and vegetables oils and much much more.

Tea Dance

Saturday 22nd April 13:00 – 15:30

Come along and get your dancing shoes and join Edurne as she leads our next Tea Dance. A mixture of a dance workshop and social dancing, mixed with tunes from the 60’s. 70’s, 80’s and beyond.

Qi Gong with Jenny Chan – FREE

Class starting on Wednesday 26th April(10:30 – 11:30)

Qi gong is a moving meditation using simple, graceful and flowing movements, very similar to tai chi and means ‘energy exercise’. It was developed in China over 4000 years ago and still practised in the modern day. The movements move the energy (Qi) through the body’s channels in order to create flow, energy, strength and balance. The class is free and will take place at CGCC at 7 Dials Club
